Additional Information: This original lithograph is hand signed in blue and red coloured pencil by the
artist “Picasso” at the lower right margin.
It is also hand numbered in pencil, from the edition of 200 at the lower left margin.
The work is dated in reverse in the plate “Dimanche 24.5.57” (1957) in the upper right corner.
This original lithograph was printed in 1957 in a limited edition of 200 signed and numbered
impressions. There was also an edition of 1,000 impressions printed with ochre background, but
these were only stamped signed and unnumbered.
The edition was published for the benefit of the Nice based newspaper “Le Patriote”.
The paper bears the Arches watermark on the lower right-hand corner of the paper.
